Safety and health management policy

Newflex prioritizes the safety and health of all employees in all corporate management
activities.
To that end, we have established a safety and health management system that meets the
requirements of K-OHSMS 18001 / OHSAS 18001, and we do our best to ensure that all
employees have a safe and enjoyable work environment.
Therefore, we continuously improve the safety and health environment through the
following safety and health activities.

• 1. We establish a safety and health management system by prioritizing safety and health in
  corporate management activities.
• 2. We set goals for safety and health, and establish and implement programs to achieve
  them.
• 3. We strictly comply with safety and health-related laws and regulations, including the
  Occupational Safety and Health Act.
• 4. We make all employees understand safety and health goals and provide education and
  training on safety and health.
• 5. All of our employees faithfully comply with their responsibilities and obligations regarding
  safety and health activities.
• 6. We disclose our safety and health policy when there is a request from stakeholders.
